Elders Navigate
The Elder Compass Program provides dedicated navigation support for seniors in our community who often feel overwhelmed by the complexities of aging. We help older adults access healthcare services, understand and apply for government benefits, and connect with local resources all in a welcoming and respectful environment. Beyond practical assistance, we foster meaningful social connections through group gatherings and wellness circles, ensuring every elder remains engaged, valued, and empowered to thrive in their communities.
